Located in Shijingshan District, Zhonghai Building is adjacent to the west extension line of Chang'an street in the south, about 18km away from the city center. The land is arranged to the north of Chang'an Street, while Lianshi road and Fushi road are located on the north and south sides of the project. The Ancient City Station of Subway Line 1 is close to the construction land, which provides superior traffic conditions.
Starting from the consumption structure system of "small and beautiful, small and fine, small and excellent" in Shijingshan District, Zhonghai Building takes high-tech enterprises and existing territorial enterprises as target customers, constructs a multi-dimensional commercial space-time channel with top standards, and the landscape design style is mainly modern landscape.
The landscape sketch focuses on modern and concise design, continues the strong design language of architectural line, interprets and applies it in the design according to the form of structures.
The building steps down from south to north, while the black lines of the building facade are the remarkable features of the project. The designer introduced architectural language into the landscape, weakened and softened the fire climbing surface and fire passage, and created a modern, solemn and detailed landscape atmosphere through the extension of architectural language.
Through rhythmic and modular characteristic pavement, combined with landscape waterscape and characteristic planting, the designer forms a multi-level landscape space, creates a vibrant office building atmosphere and greening a suitable office building landscape space.
Main Entrance Area
Traffic diversion is carried out by using the island surrounding waterscape at the entrance, which echoes with the falling waterscape at the south of the entrance. The planting of characteristic tree species in the pool creates a delicate and elegant entrance space atmosphere.
Secondary Entrance Space
The secondary entrance space includes underground garage entrance, medium bus parking space and bicycle parking space, which carries more traffic functions. Plants are used to soften hard structures and enrich the space level.
Leisure Courtyard Area
According to the urban planning, the west side of the land is urban green space, which is located in the southwest corner of the project land. Multi-level plant planting and leisure seats are used to create a clean and concise modern leisure courtyard area, which echoes with the urban green space in the west.
Roof Garden Area
The landscape design of the roof garden is simple and modern to meet the landscape needs of the office from indoor to outdoor. The roof garden space with a sense of order is created by using land cover planting, shrub planting, strip stones and pebbles.
Process and Materials
The pavement design of the project mainly selects environmental protection pavement materials in order to maintain the ecological environment.Based on the principle of people-oriented, the designer pays attention to the user's own sense of place in the design, and fully considers the user's requirements in different time periods. At the same time, considering the characteristics of the surrounding buildings, coordinate and unify with the buildings in form, color, texture and scale design to ensure the unity of the overall style of the project.
Designers focus on landscape lighting, pay attention to the visual effect of lamp types and lamps, and highlight their own landscape characteristics and themes.Through the lighting layout of characteristic trees and shrubs, structures and sketches in the park, the designers strive to create a new highlight of Beijing office buildings. In the meanwhile, selectively focus on lighting trees, flowers and green spaces with special planting methods to create artistic effects.
Make full use of lighting techniques such as light and shadow, virtual and real, dynamic and static to show the night scene different from the daytime. At the same time, energy-saving light source products with power saving, high efficiency and low consumption are selected.
The designer selects plants with strong disease and insect resistance, and easy maintenance and management, reflects good ecological environment and regional characteristics, gives priority to local tree species, strives to be rich and diverse in a unified tone, and appropriately introduces new and excellent foreign plants to ensure the survival rate and reduce management and maintenance costs.
Give full play to various functions and ornamental characteristics of plants and allocate them reasonably. The ratio of evergreen to deciduous is 3:7, the combination of fast-growing and slow-growing, and the proportion of arbor, shrub and grass is reasonable. A multi-level compound ecological structure is formed to achieve the natural harmony of artificially configured plant communities, attentions are paid to the selection of planting location to avoid affecting the management and maintenance of indoor lighting, ventilation and other facilities.
The green space is mainly irrigated by fast water intake valve, and a certain number of water intakes are installed in the green space to meet the different water requirements of trees, shrubs and grasses.
