磐石之上·宣和和玺天著景观设计 | 魏玛景观

在破碎割裂的变化之上，一定有永恒凝视的空间内核，它可以如文化飞跃般静态布局，也可如磐石凝视版岿然澎湃，一切虚拟的逶迤都将远去，随着新生的内核，进入到自然的表现，进入到具体的景观生活。

景观的语言系统

Design Thinking

项目地位于河北邯郸联纺东路以北，紧邻东区规划CBD核心区，作为东区城市中心，宣和TOP奢居产品，高度集中了城市的经济、科技和文化力量，并随着城市的跃迁，新生与创新之意不断涌动。

▼区位概况

最初接到这个项目就是忐忑与敬畏并存。这是我们和宣和联合打造的第一个TOP系产品，诚然已做好面临挑战的准备，但是没想到会面临“多轮推翻”、“各方磨合”、“疑难杂症”种种难题。在项目堪景阶段，我们就发现场地中存在“小空间，高构筑”与“割裂＋无序”的常态。比如在不大的中庭空间，众多突出的建筑构筑物（高1.2米-3米），将原本规整的景观空间割裂成若干小的单元空间散落在场地之中，无序且复杂；地上与底下一层如何设计成丰富联动的景观界面立体缝合场地，又能规避十步一个采光井所带来的不友好体验？

▼设计概念演绎

在与项目本身的疑难杂症多轮交锋下，我们发现有时“直面和回归”也是最好的密钥，我们重新梳理研究现场空间，运用理性布局，缝合统筹的设计手法，以《江山秋色图》的文化底蕴为空间基底，通过轴线空间的回环往复，将各个独立分裂、无序的建筑单元空间，以景观的语言系统来重新创造统筹，它不是形体的统一而是空间核心的统一，终将造就而成思辨的“产品系统”与韧性的“景观肌理”。

布势开阔

Broad Layout

入口回溯山林之形，以山地为界，穿石林而行，启幕隐逸自然。视觉焦点特选以和氏璧雕塑尊崇礼遇，迎宾之道，传承“和玺”系奢居理念，重新定义TOP系产品布局开阔之势。

The entrance goes back to the shape of the mountains, with the mountains as the boundary, walking through the stone forest, opening the curtain of secluded nature. The visual focus selects the sculpture, the way to welcome guests, inherits the concept of "Hexi" luxury, and redefine the open trend of TOP product layout.

虚实相生

False or True Complement

随着开阔山形，信步向前，未闻人语，先闻“落涧寒声泉虢虢”，巨石装置仰面于荧光水景之上，对望凝视间，“石”为天地之骨，“瀑”为川流不息，水之润泽丰沛宁静，虚实相生，入世画境，巨型黑山石静逸高远，经时间研磨与场地统一新生。

With the open mountain shape, strolling forward without hearing anyone speak, the first thing to hear is the "cold sound of the falling stream, the spring, the Guo Guo Guo". The giant stone device is facing up on the fluorescent water scenery, gazing at each other. The "stone" is the bone of heaven and earth, and the "waterfall" is the continuous flow of water. The water is moist, abundant, and peaceful, and the virtual and real coexist. After entering the world of painting, the giant black stone is serene and distant, and after time grinding, it is unified and reborn with the site.

开合有度

Open and Close Properly

化滏河之形，游曲水风和，“观枫吟月，对影星光，静坐此间，素朴清静。”一处氤氲着自然、含蓄的美学之境，向观者敞开自我、暴露时光锤炼的本质，洗尽铅华，归于纯粹。

The shape of the river, swim Qu water wind and, "view maple Yin month, to the movie star light, sit here, simple and quiet." An area of dense natural and implicit aesthetics opens itself to the viewer, exposes the essence of time, washes away the lead and returns to purity.

砾石与地被的完美交融，枫树与雾的邂逅，开合有度间打造静谧自然的沉浸式体验，在这里，释放心灵，构建情绪，安静放空。

The perfect blend of gravel and ground cover, and the encounter between maple and fog create a quiet and natural immersive experience at the opening and closing time. Here, the soul can be released, emotions can be built, and the space can be quiet and empty.

空灵深邃

Ethereal and Profound

浮游客厅立于坚毅磐石之上，打破室内外空间界限，粗粝与细腻在自然中碰撞对话，一瞬间，自由与秩序并存，天光与云影共游，灵动深邃，寄情山水。

Standing on the firm rock, plankton living room breaks the boundary between indoor and outdoor space, the rough and fine collide and dialogue in nature. In an instant, freedom and order coexist, sky light and cloud shadow travel together, profound and vivid, feeling the landscape.

自然置石模拟山的冷冽，悬浮于镜面水景之上，呈现出一种孤峰望潭之势，左右逢源，一览众山四海，真实、纯净、阔达，空间设计当有磐石内核，景观并不主观实现哲学，而是以客观理性主义将现实哲学化。

The natural stone simulates the cold mountain, suspended on the mirror water features, showing a kind of potential, see the mountains, real, pure, broad, space design has a rock core, the landscape is not subjective to achieve philosophy, but to objective rationalism to the reality philosophy.

多变统一

Changeable Unity

植林成院，觅岁月安然。点植的乔木，砾石、地被、平台的分割，使整个空间充满节奏感，置石点缀意境，丰富细节。自然永远是人类最本真的渴望，在城市中造一片林，归于自然，在自然里共生。

Planting forest into the hospital, find the years safely. Point planting trees, gravel, ground cover, platform segmentation, so that the whole space is full of rhythm, stone ornament artistic conception, rich details. Nature is always the most human desire, in the city to create a forest, belong to nature, symbiosis in nature.

磐石之音

Rock Voice

“景”自古以来便承载着自然法则的规律，如今大量的土木兴建扭曲了我们对“景”的客观认知，自然是生命的净化系统，是生命环的象征，而景观首先是建立系统，再谈可观。随着城市空间的快速膨胀和环境的急剧恶化，人们对回归自然的呼声也越来越高，我们期望注入一剂绿色良药，将大量的空间留给绿色，打造：“磐石之上·藏意绿洲”的景观生活。

这是我们和宣和的多次合作，但作为宣和在邯郸的首个TOP系产品，无论对于宣和还是团队的设计展开都是一次巨大的挑战，有凌晨2点的探讨、交流、学习、寻求突破，有多次方案的反复推敲与头脑风暴，唯独没有妥协与放弃，我们很幸运能遇到像109这样的项目，更幸运的是能通过这个项目遇上背后为其努力付出的各专业团队，正如项目本身所传达的磐石如初，坚韧永恒。
