Project Description
深耕滨河公园处于赤石河干流一级支流南门河与二级支流边溪河交汇处西北角,与深耕村项目相邻的滨河区域。项目旨在打造宜居、宜业、生态的自然滨水景观带,建成后可成为附近居民提供一处风景优美的休闲健身场所,并显著提升深耕村项目滨水风情街的商业氛围。
Shengeng riverside park is located in the northwest corner of the intersection of Nanmen River, the primary tributary of chishi River, and Bianxi River, the secondary tributary, and the riverside area adjacent to Shengeng village project. The project aims to create a natural waterfront landscape belt suitable for living, working and ecology. After completion, it can become a scenic leisure and fitness place for nearby residents, and significantly improve the business atmosphere of the waterfront style street of Shengeng village project.
本项目水工部分主要任务为堤岸工程,包括新建堤防544米,加固现有堤防181米,堤防工程级别为1级防洪标准为100年一遇。100年一遇洪水位6.99米 ,堤顶设计高程不小于8.4米。
The main task of the hydraulic part of the project is embankment engineering, including the construction of 544 meters of new embankment and the reinforcement of 181 meters of existing embankment. The embankment engineering level is level 1, and the flood control standard is 100 year return period. The 100 year flood level is 6.99 meters, and the design elevation of the embankment top is not less than 8.4 meters.
堤防主要采取的工艺包括使用水泥土搅拌桩和混凝土灌注桩加固堤防边坡,阻隔不利滑弧面;驳岸采用抛石挤淤防护坡脚;坡面为兼顾堤面防冲及突出景观效果,铺设抗冲生物毯。
The main processes adopted by the embankment include the use of cement soil mixing piles and concrete pouring piles to reinforce the embankment slope and block the adverse slip surface; The revetment adopts riprap to squeeze silt to protect the slope toe; The slope is paved with anti scour biological blanket to give consideration to the embankment erosion prevention and outstanding landscape effect.
深耕村滨河带景观项目一方面融入标志性的船头广场、主题雕塑、互动艺术装置等元素,展现具有个性和地域文化的城市新形象,增加休闲多体验 ,悠享绿色慢生活。项目设计充分尊重现状,结合场地特点与周边土地条件,设置主题节点,构建特色活动空间。通过系统全面转型升级,打造交通便捷、内外联通、功能多元、空间韵律多变、文化内涵丰富的优质动感滨水区。
On the one hand, Shengeng village riverside landscape project integrates iconic elements such as bow square, theme sculpture, interactive art installation, etc., to show a new image of the city with personality and regional culture, increase leisure experience, and enjoy a green and slow life. The project design fully respects the current situation, combines the site characteristics and surrounding land conditions, sets up theme nodes, and constructs a characteristic activity space. Through the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of the system, create a high-quality dynamic waterfront with convenient transportation, internal and external connectivity, multiple functions, variable spatial rhythm and rich cultural connotation.
绿化种植设计以常绿树种为主,开花色叶植物为辅,乔灌木地被搭配,丰富植物层次。根据景观区域的不同,配以林荫、密林、片林、疏林 , 草坪等不同形式;以绿色为基底搭配彩叶植物,用不同色彩植物引导人们的视线,增加景观深度。整个滨河带一共种植大乔木352株,其中开花乔木200株,花乔占乔木总量比约56.8%。整体设计符合深圳市科技创新、开放共享、生态宜居的总体建设理念。
The greening planting design is mainly evergreen tree species, supplemented by flowering leaf plants, and trees and shrubs are matched to enrich the plant level. According to the different landscape areas, it is equipped with shade, dense forest, patch forest, sparse forest, lawn and other different forms; Take green as the base, match colorful plants, and use plants with different colors to guide people's line of sight and increase the depth of the landscape. A total of 352 large trees are planted in the whole riverside zone, including 200 flowering trees, accounting for about 56.8% of the total trees. The overall design conforms to the overall construction concept of scientific and technological innovation, openness and sharing, and ecological livability in Shenzhen.
另一方面针对海绵城市建设的要求,我们设计了雨水径流收集净化系统,减缓暴雨季节雨水汇入河道的流速,配备下凹式绿地和雨水花园构成的生态雨水设施,结合场地竖向设计,通过有组织的汇流和传输,提高雨水下渗能力,进一步减少雨水径流带来的面源污染提升了城市的生态功能。
On the other hand, according to the requirements of the construction of sponge City, we have designed a rainwater runoff collection and purification system to slow down the flow rate of rainwater into the river in the rainstorm season, equipped with ecological rainwater facilities composed of sunken green space and rainwater garden, combined with the vertical design of the site, through organized confluence and transmission, improve the rainwater infiltration capacity, further reduce the non-point source pollution caused by rainwater runoff, and improve the ecological function of the city.
