街心公园

街心公园为一块约9600m²的城市生态绿地，设计引入五彩斑斓蝴蝶精灵的主题理念，从而使得整个公园成为一个时尚、活力集娱乐休闲的聚集地，暂别喧嚣，漫步其间，感受自然拥抱。对于本项目住宅居民的维度来讲，所有的居民实现了真正的豪宅配置，先入公园再入家门必将带来独特式的场景体验；同时，75%的公园绿量以及功能也实现了对公区园林的相互补充，使得周边居民生活感更加的真切，得到一个真正的公园中的家。

Street Park is an urban ecological green space of about 9,600 m ². The design introduces the theme concept of colorful butterfly spirit, thus making the whole park a fashionable and dynamic gathering place for entertainment and leisure. Stop the noise, walk in it and feel the natural embrace.For the dimension of residential residents in this project, all residents realize the real mansion configuration, first entering the park will bring a unique scene experience; 75% of the park green volume and functions also complement the public area garden, making the surrounding residents feel more real, and get a real park home.

酒店式归家

Hotel-style home

大区入口以珠宝盒为概念，采用五星级度假酒店的设计，方寸间尽显大家风范；为了配置酒店环岛式入口，设计红线往内推近30米，项目面积的隐退，为入口空间打造了极致宽敞的礼遇归家体验。

The whole building is like a jewelry box, wrapped in metal and glass, and a five-star resort hotel. In order to configure the hotel roundabout entrance, the design red line is nearly 30 meters inside, and the project area provides the extremely generous home experience for the entrance space.

泛会所 

Pan club

中海·浣云居一楼全部架空，为业主打造了一个集美学体验/家庭休闲/社交互动于一体私人会所，室内以珠宝设计理念雕琢的装饰纹理，散发着精致的美学光芒。

与言几合作打造的浣云书店，藏书7000余册可供业主借阅；同时，还分区设置了健身中心、邻里会客厅、主题乐园等多重功能复合空间，利用通透的玻璃形成室内外场景的互动，形成丰富的小而美的空间体验。静坐阅读、休闲游玩、好友聚会、锻炼健身、亲子互动、活动沙龙，这里将成为业主休闲的好去处。

The first floor of Zhonghai Huan Yunju is all overhead, creating a private club integrating aesthetic experience / family leisure / social interaction. The interior decorative texture carved with the concept of jewelry design exudes delicate aesthetic light.

Huanyun Bookstore, built with Yanfew, has more than 7,000 books for owners to borrow; at the same time, fitness center, neighborhood meeting room and theme park, using transparent glass to form indoor and outdoor scenes, forming a rich small and beautiful space experience.Sit-in reading, leisure play, friends party, exercise and fitness, parent-child interaction, activity salon, here will become a good place for owners to enjoy leisure.

下沉式庭院 

Sinking courtyard

度假级场景园林，亦游亦赏。下沉式垂直庭院通过打造三层空间景观，在有限的空间之中表达出无限的视觉张力，在不同的空间维度内感受水的灵动与浪漫，动静得宜，在自然中漫步归家。

Holiday-level landscape garden, also tour and enjoy.By building a three-layer spatial landscape, the sunken vertical courtyard expresses the infinite visual tension in the limited space, feels the agility and romance of water in different spatial dimensions, and walks home in nature.

下沉广场跟随柯布西耶的灵感轨迹，以串联珠宝的形式美学构建出“第七感美学”景观，空间构成以“八音盒舞者”为灵感，律动的阶梯，起舞的旋廊，好似蝴蝶在八音盒中翩翩起舞。大面积的留白，形成一个具光影艺术美学的观赏空间；光影渗透穿插，与八音盒旋转呼应，美妙乐章应如此。

The sinking square follows the inspiration path of Corbusier, and builds the "seventh sense of aesthetics" landscape in the form of series jewelry aesthetics. The space forms the "eight-tone box dancers", the rhythmic ladder and the dancing corridor, like a butterfly dancing in the eight-tone box.A large area of blank space forms a viewing space with the artistic aesthetic of light and shadow; light and shadow penetration, echo the eight tone box rotation, the wonderful movement should be so.

铝合金和石材打造了环状的社区风雨连廊系统，无缝连接酒店式入户门廊，引领时尚豪宅前沿，展现对业主的人文关怀，24小时、365天，全年无风雨为您守护。下雨天，廊下倚栏听雨，艳阳天，穿廊而过，自有一片屋檐蔽日。

Aluminum alloy and stone create a circular community wind and rain corridor system, seamlessly connects the hotel door corridor, leading the forefront of fashion luxury houses, show the humanistic care for the owners, 24 hours, 365 days, the year without rain and rain for you to protect.Rainy days, under the corridor to listen to the rain, sunny days, through the corridor, has its own eaves cover the sun.

除了在遮风避雨的功能之外，更注重观景体验的表达，结合视线端景与园林造景自然融合，不沾风雨，感受四季，在自然中漫步归家，给业主营造的尊严感和仪式感。
