由20世纪20年代法国兴起的Art-Deco装饰主义，规则、色彩以及几何图形是其精髓所在，而Art-Deco所代表的复兴的城市精神与武汉这座城市相得益彰。
在武汉沿海•翡丽公馆的设计中，SED新西林追溯Art-Deco的源泉，引申出浪漫之都法国的艺术灵感，第八区融汇新装饰主义繁华昌盛的缩影，在设计中借鉴英式园林的自然手法，从传统园林中提取Art-Deco的设计元素，将精致典雅灵动的新艺术之风彰显无疑。
“蝴蝶”的外形设计布局，对称式的轴线空间景观布局，为居者营造空间设计的灵动与纵深感，同时塑造出小区尊贵的品质。风情化的无边界泳池，不仅为居者提供了在夏日“火炉”戏水玩水的机会，同时也在小区内打造度假的情趣体验。曲线化的下沉草坪空间及绿岛构成了自然化的“草河”概念景观特色。项目设计通过主题雕塑、景观桥、无边界泳池等构成整个空间的连贯与延续。
Wuhan•Philippe Mansion│Definition of Classical Romantic Life
Art-deco was invented in 1920s in France. Regulation, color and geometric figure are the quintessential of it, while Art-deco represents the spirit of Renaissance and it suits Wuhan best.
In the design of Philippe Mansion, SED tracked back to the birth of Art-deco and got the idea of French Art. SED used some kind of England Style and abstracted Art-deco from classical landscapes, which shows delicate classical Art-deco.
The layout used the style of butterfly, the symmetrical axis space landscape layout has provided the flexible and depth feeling for the residences and showed the noble quality of it. The borderless swimming pool not only provides an opportunity for people to feel cool, but also gives experience of vacationing. The sunk-in grass land and green island forms a grass river and connects all the parts of sculpture, bridge and swimming pool.
