Tianjin Arport Logistic Park (TALP) is the key project of Tianjin Binhai New Area which is supposed to combine regional features with innovative spirit and experience of international developments. With a population of 130,000 residents together with 200,000 persons working in Tianjin Airport Logistic Park, this area becomes an example of the new urban development in China. The site is divided into two different plots that lay at the beginning of Central Avenue which is the main road of Tianjin Logistic Airport Centre. The symmetric organization of the buildings contrasts to the extensive open space plazas and green park-like areas strongly.
On Plot A the buildings are organized in a circle around a central lake surrounded by a thick band of green and an existing park. The lake shore is lined by steps that invite people to relax in the lunch break. A concentric row of trees and radial planting beds between the steps add additionally to the outdoor quality flair. Two green peninsular opposite to each other will become important habitats for wet-loving flora and fauna. Plot B is more oriented towards the main central avenue. The almost symmetrical arrangement leaves a generous gap between the two building clusters and forms a green park-like axis on which end the central building with its two towers stands. The western side of this middle axis gives a park feeling. Planting islands and extensive lawn areas give a strong contrast to the strict geometrical shape of the buildings.
天津空港物流园区是天津滨海新区的关键项目。13万的居住人口与20万工作岗位使得天津空港物流园成为名副其实的中国新城市开发的典范。
整个园区被从中心穿过的中心大道分成东、西两个区域。而通过建筑的对称布局与中心绿轴使得两个区域得到统一。
在西区,建筑呈环形围绕在中心湖周边。建筑外围的绿环与现状公园将建筑包围,成为园区与周边道路的良好屏障。中心湖湖岸由台阶组成,为午休时的人们提供休憩场所。由同心组织的树阵与种植池为户外景观设计增彩。分布在中心湖上的两个相对的半岛为喜湿动植物群提供适宜生境。场地的雨水通过地表排放方式汇流入雨水花园与绿环中。雨水花园与绿环为具生态净化功能的生态滞留洼地。通过下渗净化后的雨水流入绿环下的蓄水模块。雨水在模块中蓄存,达到削峰减排的作用。蓄存的雨水缓慢排入中心湖补给湖水。为保证良好的水质,专为中心湖建立了湖水循环净化系统。设置在半岛上的生态净化群落把湖水过滤净化后,又回流入湖中。中心湖具有雨水滞留作用,当水位达到紧急水位时,水排入市政管网中。这一整套生态水管理系统,使园区的防涝等级达到10年一遇,雨水资源得到利用,而湖水得到净化,对区域生态环境的改善起到良好的作用。
东区的建筑群几近对称的分布在中心公园绿轴两侧。公园绿轴中分布的种植岛与草坪与严肃的建筑几何语言行成强烈对比。整体项目按照生态可持续发展导则进行设计实施,为中国北方地区生态景观实施作出优秀的示范作用。
