“森林之城、活水之都”是洪雅给人的第一印象。规划强调人与自然共生，维护自然过程与格局；延续城市文脉，展现时尚新风，打造成一个具有鲜明特色与个性特征的城市森林生态景观空间，对外展示洪雅的城市形象与发展理念
　　
　　“Rich in forest and water” the first impression that people have for Hongya. So in the planning we emphasized the symbiosis between human and nature, maintained the natural process and layout; but still the design bears the city characteristics, because our goal is to build a unique City Forest Eco Landscape, which can display the city image and the development philosophy of Hongya.    
　　
　　在设计过程中尊重本底，强化“透绿”、“见山”、“引水”理念，将场地肌理与自然肌理有机交融，形成纵横交织的韵律，不同的空间区域赋予不同的功能和情景感受，增加场地的空间体验。通过生态水系引入、滩涂生态修复等一系列国际先进生态技术运用，为城市可持续发展与生态品牌建立奠定基础。　　　　

　　The design principle is to let people “see the vegetation, mountain and water”. We weaved the site texture with the natural texture together in an organic way, which brings stronger atmosphere to each different space. While the introduction of worldly advanced eco technology, such as eco water system, restoration of intertidal zone ensures a sustainable development and the establishment of eco brand.
