项目基地位于汉中滨江新区南侧，东接天汉大道，西与西二环大桥相连，是汉中市民活动的主要场地和城市形象展示的媒介。项目突出了“汉、水、绿”的形象塑造，依水而建，风景秀丽，生态良好，文化深厚。滨江新区建成后，将形成集休闲娱乐、体育运动、商业贸易、高档住宅为一体的滨江风景线，可满足广大市民宜居休闲需求，成为汉中新的城市名片和城市客厅。
The project is located on the south side of Hanzhong Bingjiang New District next to the Hanjiang River. This green belt also connects to Tianhan Boulevard to the east and Xierhuan Bridge to the west. The City of Hanzhong is blessed with beautiful scenery and rich cultural history, while the site is the main place of gathering for Hanzhong citizens and the best place for the City to display its public face.
An essential part of Han culture is the three elements, Culture, Water and Green (Land). Hanzhong is already rich with Han culture and Han River is already present. Therefore, we decided to complete the third element, Green (Land), by designing a cultural park that will be new focal point for Hanzhong and the “Living Room” for its citizens. It will contain recreation facilities, entertainment zone, sports complex, commercial/ retail mall and upscale residential district.
