江苏镇江中集镇江金山湖1号高端别墅景观设计

　　项目地块位于镇江市中信城区——润州区——金山湖风景区西侧，拥有金山湖风景区和长江双优越自然山水资源，距离市商业中心较近，交通便利。

　　SED新西林景观国际将延续江南水乡的诗画情怀，赋予景观现代中式的风格与简约雅致的基调，倾力表达质朴、内敛、自然、艺术、和谐与宁静的氛围。在对中国文化深刻理解的基础之上，运用多元的、现代的设计向中国的传统文化致敬，全新演绎传统元素，成就多元的独一无二的“韵”；以现代中式的手法，削弱建筑所带来的压抑感；以小空间景观的造景特色，创造温馨宜人的居住环境；打造与众不同的景观形象，体现景观现代风格，中式元素点缀其中，增强景观附加值。

　　项目注重对“水”的运用，正所谓“仁者爱山，智者乐水”。滨水地带自古至今都对人有着一种与生俱来、无法割舍的持久吸引力。景观设计以水为主题进行构思，利用“水”的伸展、演变，结合建筑使其叠加渗透融入我们的建筑规划中，达到一种水岸生活的愿景。使水景与居住空间上完美融合，营造江南园林的神韵。蜿蜒流淌的水系，树影婆娑，倒映水中，移步换景，宁静中体现出园林如诗如画的神韵。融合徽派建筑的轻盈淡雅，给人一种幽静、从容的人文诗境。

　　主入口区域

　　利用中国古典园林藏与露的手法，结合现代的设计理念，以中式元素的细节对主入口进行设计。主入口水景先以露的形式出现，让从两侧经过的人，一眼就看到这一景观效果，从而吸引人们进入并驻足观赏；在水景处理上，以山水为主题。进入入口区域，看到的是入口台阶，叠水和简结中式化的构筑物，成为水区的一个标志。

　　中心水景区

　　进入小区之后，映入眼帘的是一汪豁然的水面，迎面袭来的是一种震撼效果；站在观景平台上，近处的叠水，远处的精致雕筑泛会所，汇聚而成的是一幅隽秀的江南水乡之韵。

　　组团溪流空间

　　错落有致的水溪布置，与道路，休闲平台掩映穿插，和谐交融。在行走的过程中，时而贴近水面，时而远观水面，形成丰富有趣的空间感受。每个亲水平台构成了一个小庭院，为临近的住户提供了休闲活动的场所。

　　庭院空间

　　水溪空间的多变促成了私家庭院的多样性，打破了以往私家庭院的单一性，使同一处的住户有多种不同的私家庭院的空间体验，丰富空间层次的同时提升了景观的价值内涵。

　　The project site is located in the west of the scenic area Jinshan Lake of Runzhou District which enjoys superior natural resources from Jinshan Lake Scenic Spot and the Yangtze river. It is close to the municipal business center with convenient transportation.

　　SED continues with the modern Chinese style inspired by the canal towns in Southern China, to create an atmosphere of simplicity, nature, art, harmony and peace. With the understanding of Chinese culture, designers show great respect to the tradition with diversified modern design conveying the ancient elements in a new way. The depressive feeling of the architecture has been weakened and the living environment becomes warm and pleasant. 

　　Following the saying "the wise enjoy the water while the humane enjoy the mountains", the design pays much attention to the use of water as waterfront has a natural attraction to human beings starting from the ancient time. In this project, water is guided to be part of the construction plan while the ancient Chinese garden features can be sensed in the view of the winding river, willow shadow and the perfect fusion of waterscape and the living.

　　Main Entrance

　　The design strategy is to combine the modern design theory with traditional Chinese gardening and introduce the water area consisted of pond and rock view which can be seen as soon as people enter the community. It then guides people into another garden with water cascading and Chinese structures that are treated as a landscape landmark.

　　Central Water Area

　　An open water area comes into the sight after you enter the site. The closer water cascading together with the delicate clubhouse from afar forms a beautiful picture of canal town in Southern China.

　　Space of streams

　　The well-proportioned streams pass though the roads, letting visitors experience different water areas. The waterfront offers a leisure space to the residents.
