　　项目位于武汉市江夏区光谷大道与珞瑜路交汇处，交通便利，区位优势突出。SED通过对规划和建筑的解读，利用园区内的空间和周边的景观渗透以及建筑的艺术风格形式，打造高档精品住宅小区的生活环境空间。项目结合时尚气息，与现代都市生活较接近，极具生活感染力；而对于细节考究的打造，则展示了典雅的文化内涵、极具地域特色。
　　项目外围商业街考虑休闲功能空间，将特色风格设计融入进去，结合装饰主义元素，精致的花钵，颇有味道的铺装、广告标示牌，营造出一种惬意的欧式风情商业广场。整个商业街的景观设计考虑到商业外摆、商场促销、商业展览等。空间面积的分布依据商场主入口、小区主入口几个关键点来衡量，打造整体灵动自由的空间氛围。

　　The project is located in Wuhan Jiangxia District, the intersection of Guanggu Avenue and Luoyu Road. The transportation is very convenient and regional advantages are very obvious. By unscrambling the plan and building, SED took advantage of the spaces and styles close to architecture, and built a high-level residence environment. SED combines the fashion with the project together and makes it very close to the modern city life. While the dealing with details show the classical culture and characteristic features.

　　SED considers about the resting function for the commercial street around. Combined with the Art-deco elements, the delicate flower pots, the interesting paving and the advertisement signboard, SED created a pleasant European commercial square. The whole commercial street’s landscape design also includes the outside business place, the business promotion and the business exhibition, etc. The space covers the key points of shopping mall main entrance, the residential main entrance and forms an atmosphere of flexibility and freedom.
